Delivery

All our deliveries are hand-picked in our temperature-controlled warehouse facility in Sheung Wan. Dispatch will be in the original producer’s packaging or our own Schickeria cases. Our wines/products are sent via a local courier service to the delivery address as stated by you.

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We usually use SF Express or Lala Move but can also use other services per your request.

How long does delivery take?

International orders generally take between 1-3 working days to arrive. Please contact us if you have any special requests or demand same day delivery.

How much is delivery?

We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over HK$ 1000,- to Hong Kong, Kowloon or New Territories. Outlaying Islands please check the shipping details when during the order process.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will either be notified by e-mail or via your mobile number depending on the selected service provider.

Do you deliver to my country?

We currently ship to Hong Kong only, but please contact us by e-mail if you want orders delivered outside Hong Kong.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all relevant credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Postfinance.

What currencies can I use?

We accept payment in Euros, GBP and CHF only.

Returns

What is your online returns policy?

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery does not match your order (wrong or missing product), please contact our customer service at +852 51738052 or info@schickeria.com.
The recipient is requested to examine and check all products promptly upon delivery. Please include as many details as possible including your order number and a specific description. Claims must be made at the time of delivery; otherwise, we obtain the right to refuse your claim.

Once returned you are entitled to receive an exchange or a refund.

Once we receive the product(s), providing they are in original resalable condition, we will refund the value of the purchased product(s), as well as the original freight within 30 days.

Please enclose the completed Returns Form with your goods, and make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged during shipping.

How do I return an item?

We will arrange the pick-up.

Who pays for return postage?

We offer FREE return on all orders if there is something wrong with the product received.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the returns process is complete.
