We accept payment by all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). For the payment processing, we use PayPal which provides a secure credit card handling service on their website. No credit card details are asked for, accessed or retained by Schickeria Asia Limited or any associated company.

We also accept payment by bank transfer or cheque upon checkout; however, the funds must be received in our account first before we will ship the goods. In order to speed up the process, you may send the bank confirmation with the transaction details to info@schickeria.com

our purchase made on www.wineshop.schickeria.asia is subject to our sole discretion and to the availability of stock. A final and conclusive invoice will be presented to you upon delivery. We also reserve the right to limit or decline sales to any customers.

We are making every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions of goods shown on our website are accurate at the time you place your order. In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is incorrect, and we discover this upon processing your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t yet been shipped. Contact us at info@schickeria.com and we will help you. If your order has already been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is also possible to change your order submission via e-mail before it is sent out. This includes canceling your order, adding or removing an item or changing the delivery address.

Under no circumstance whatsoever shall Schickeria Asia Limited or any affiliates, directors, officers or employees (together, the “Company”) be liable for special or consequential damages including loss of business, and in no event shall any liability of the Company exceed the purchase price of any product purchased.

Schickeria Asia Limited will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the product. In particular we will not be liable for spillages or breakages.

§7a We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:

i. loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;

ii. loss or damage was not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier;

iii. loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.

§7b Customers should also be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings:

i. Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.

ii. A case of product is heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.

iii. Red wines in particular may cause staining if spilt so extra care should be taken.

iv. Sparkling products and champagnes can be volatile due to the build up of gasses extra care should be taken when opening and storing these.

We will not sell any products to minors below the age of 18 years. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our delivery company is in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some valid ID. If the person receiving the product is unable to produce valid ID, our delivery company will not be able to leave the product. Once the product has been delivered, according to your delivery instructions, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility.
